WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to
sell the above-mentioned property for the amount of SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P 780, 000.00) Philippine Currency;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of SEVEN
HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 780, 000.00), Philippine currency,
hand paid to the SELLER by the BUYER and to former’s entire
satisfaction, herein SELLER do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and
CONVEY absolutely and irrevocably unto the BUYER, his heirs,
successors and assigns, the above-described parcel of land.
