7. KNOWN SYSTEM ISSUES (OPTIONAL)

<PUBLIC>
At the time of building this course, request-based debugging was not working correctly in the cloud
training environment, therefore no exercise or demo has been included.

<INTERNAL>
At the time of building this course, request-based debugging was not working correctly in the cloud
training environment, therefore no exercise or demo has been included. (I believe there may be
some issue with the storage of he terminal ID in the Windows Registry, probably related to
authorizations). If you have access to a suitable system outside of the training cloud, you may be
able to show the functionality.

8. ADDITIONAL HINTS AND TIPS FOR EXERCISES OF THIS COURSE (OPTIONAL)

<PUBLIC>
You should know the contents explained in the following courses:
o BC400
o BC401
o BC402
o NET310

<INTERNAL>
Remember to check for additional information published after the final release of the course material.
If any information is available, you can find it in the SAP JAM KT&E Instructor Information Page.

You may get questions from participants on how to debug when working in ABAP Development
Tools (ABAP in Eclipse). This topic is not covered in the BC403 course material, but you can
prepare for these questions by studying the BC404 ABAP In Eclipse course material. The Debugger
in Eclipse does not currently offer many of the options shown in the BC403, but of course would be a
tool which you would need to understand and use if you were developing ABAP in this alternative
development environment. Encourage participants who are interesed in this to consider the BC404.

Note that many of the topics in the first few lessons of the course may well be known already to
course participants (particularly if they have attended other ABAP training courses and/or have been
working with ABAP for some time). If this is the case, do not spend too much time on these topics –
they are there for completeness and to provide additional information.
