As part of guests' service touchpoint, Beach Gurus moves around the
pool and beach area daily in an hourly basis providing

schedules are as follow:
1.) 11:00 – Sliced Cucumbers
2.) 12: 00 - Dates
3.) 13:00 - Face Mist
4.) 14:00 - Ice Lollies

separate and strictly as per scheduled boat timings.

8 Ans. At ADPJ Resorts Premier Lagoon View Room is the first room category with the
size of 47 sqm. located on the first floor with Lagoon View.
Whereas as in ADPJ Residences the first room category is Standard Room Residence
located only in the North Residence from 01st to 03rd floor. It has 38 sqm. studio style
room without a bathtub or a kitchen.
Q. Name the room categories we offer to our AWID guests.
Ans. AWID guests have an option to book either room, suite or villa category.
➢ Ocean View Room is the first room category in AWID with the size of 31 sqm. located on
9 first floor with ocean view.
➢ Junior Ocean View Suite is the first suite category with 86 sqm .
➢ Anantara One Bedroom Garden Villa is the first villa category with a size of 73 sqm. It has
small garden and direct access to the beach ( 57 sqm Indoor and 16 sqm Outdoor). We
have only two units in total that could accommodate People of Determination guests.
Q. What is a Phishing Email?
Ans. A phishing attack is a computer virus in which a hacker creates a fake but genuine-
10 looking email to trick readers into following dangerous instructions like clicking on a
link, opening an attachment, submitting sensitive information, or sending money etc.

Q. What should you do when an e-mail is suspected as phishing?


Ans. Report the email by forwarding it to our IT department, who will check to see
11 whether it is a phishing email, and then delete it right away.
Please take note: If you have any doubts about the email you received, do not click any
links or open any attachments. Always clarify with IT before initiating an action.

Ans. Live Music is now available in ADPJ
➢ Crescendo offers us Live Music Experience ( Band Name – Habit to Duo)

Saturday – 13:00 to 16:00 hrs and 19:00 till 21:00hrs, except Wednesdays & Sundays.

Q. Have you ever wondered how ADPJ guests place F&B orders from the Main
Pool, Beach or Lagoon areas without going to the outlet?
Ans. The Solt Belt System allows guests to relax on the sunbed with ease. All they need
15 to do is ring the bell from their sunbed's umbrella. Team Members from Mai Bar will
receive a notification of the guest's order from their smart watch.
Every umbrella has a unique number that indicates the location of the guest.

Q. What is the depth of swimming pools in AWID?


Ans. AWID main swimming pool has a depth of 1. 4 meters while the
16 Private Pools in the villas have the dept of 1.2 meters.
Kids Pool in Kids Club has a depth of 60 cm.

Q. What is the depth of swimming pools and lagoons in ADPJ?


Ans. Main Swimming Pool has a depth from 0.60 meters to 1.25 meters
17 Lagoons have 1.25 meters (shallow) to 1.40 meters (deep).
while all private pool villas have the same depth of 1.25 meters.
