Poor Restaurant Service
Kerkstraat 11 Westville 3650 14 Oktober 2024 Die Bestuurder Nandos Posbus 4590 Westville 6590 Geagte Meneer/Mevrou KLAGTE OOR ONBEVREDIGEND DIENS 'n Onlangse besoek aan u restaurant, Nandos, het my teleurgesteld gelaat oor die swak dienste wat gelewer is. My vrou en ek is gereelde kliënte by u restaurant. Ons het nog altyd uitstekende diens ervaar; egter, die nuwe personeel is baie onervare. By ons aankoms was daar niemand teenwoordig om ons te help om 'n sitplek te kry nie, en al die tafels was nie behoorlik skoongemaak nie. Verder het die kelnerin wat ons bestelling geneem het, geen kennis van die spyskaart gehad nie en kon nie enige van ons vrae daaroor beantwoord nie. Ons moes drie mense nader om een eenvoudige vraag oor die spyskaart te beantwoord. Die diens was stadig en ons het vir 'n baie lang tyd gewag vir ons kos. As 'n gereelde kliënt van u restaurant wil ek voorstel dat u voldoende opleiding aan u werknemers verskaf sodat hulle weer die uitstekende diens kan lewer wat hierdie restaurant voorheen gehad het. We have always experienced excellent services; however, the new staff are very inexperienced. Upon arrival there was no one present to provide us with assistance to find a seat and all tables were not cleaned properly. Furthermore, the waitress who took our order had no idea of the menu and could not answer any of our questions regarding it. We had been through 3 people to answer one simple question about the menu. Services were slow and we had waited for an extremely long time for our food. As a regular customer of your restaurant I would like to suggest that you provide adequate training to your employees so that they can they provide the excellent service that this restaurant used to have
