Hernandez,

I am Rachel Dominggo, the assigned airport staff to coordinate with the


applicants for the internship program the establishment is offering. And this message
signifies your acceptance towards being able to have your internship program with
us along with the other 6 interns from the different schools and colleges of Dipolog
City. Out of 73 applications we got from your university, you are the only one whom
we found to have a lot of potential for being able to pads the essay examination we
gave you through online. Again, congratulations for this rare opportunity!

As we go along the entire workload processes that we will allow you to learn with
proper guidance of airport staffs, you will be able experience a wholesome and
impactful agenda that will immerse you in the real-world scenario of how does an
airport do its work in general.

In the first 8 days of your internship, you, together with the 6 other accepted
graduating students will have to learn the very foundation of an airport. Each amenity
will be available for visitation exclusively for the 7 accepted interns only. Thus, we
strongly recommend never to leave your designated badges at home to avoid
problems in navigating around the zone.

In addition, we know your university has a formal type of internship uniforms that will
also be useful in your job application since in our industry, we are expected to wear
formal on the application until the hiring process. So even if Dipolog airport will not
need you to wear your internship uniform, we need you to understand that the design
and color palette your university used is almost identical to the flight attendant’s
uniform of The Philippine Airlines. Thus, in order to create a smooth flow on the work
process of each individual, the Airport of Dipolog decided to provide the uniform of
the interns who will work with us. We still suggest having your uniform be ready at all
times because if there is a specific and special event that needs assistance with an
intern, we will have you requested first since you are the only one who has a formal
attire ready for events.

The following are your requirements that is expected to be submitted on February


29, 2024 because on the next day (March 01,2024), will be our final meeting day and
contract signing, before you officially start your internship on the 4th of March, year
2024:
1. We strictly require interns to have an extensive body check-up that includes
blood, pee, and saliva check up to ensure that each of the interns are
physically fit to be part of Dipolog Airport. You have to only have your check
up with our only trusted lab partner because in this Airport, we take the
results seriously. Any careless action will possibly jeopardize the health
and safety of the employees, passengers, and interns and will shut down
the entire operation of the airport. The lab will also test some particular
viruses with the hope of detecting them before you spread it to our
passengers, employees and interns.

2. We also require a monetary deposit for the badges, walkie talkies, 2 uniform
sets, key for the locker room for an amount of (PHP 5,000). With our years of
experience with interns, they tend not to take care of the things we provide
temporarily for their convenience during the entire internship time. And in the
end, it’s either we receive damage items, or lost report of the gadgets. We
want our interns to practice respect, self-discipline, and teach them the
responsibility of giving importance to a property each of them will borrow.

7. Brown long envelope
8. Postal I.D
9. Police clearance
10. NBI clearance

By ensuring the said documents, the airport will be able to give trust to the chosen
interns and will not be considered a threat by our well-trained security department.

At the end of your service, we will then give you a certificate for completion of The
Internship Program, which will be a strong supporting document when you apply in
the aviation industry anywhere here in the Philippines.

Lastly, we will provide a well written recommendation letter, if you happen to need
one for a job application. We can assure you that the experience you’ve had with us
is indeed informative, useful, and factual. Along with that, we will also provide free
transportation in the entire internship schedule so you will be able to go home in
each of your respective places safely
