Course 1: Critical Thinking and Problem Solving

Feedback:
This course gave useful tips on critical thinking and showed how to break down
problems and find solutions. I learned how to manage complicated situations in an
organized way. The focus on questioning things and collecting the right information was
great for improving decision-making.

Most Useful Aspect:


The examples from real-life work situations helped me see how critical thinking can be
used at work, making the ideas easy to understand and apply to my own tasks.

Improvement Plan:
I plan to use the problem-solving methods from this course to manage challenges in
both my schoolwork and future jobs.
Course 2: Speaking Confidently and Effectively

Feedback:
This course was great for improving public speaking skills. It focused on the importance
of being prepared and how non-verbal communication, like body language and tone,
can make a significant difference. Learning how to organize a presentation to keep
people interested and communicate clearly was helpful.

Most Useful Aspect:


The part about handling nerves before speaking was the most helpful. It gave tips like
deep breathing and visualization to stay calm and focused.

Improvement Plan:
I plan to use the presentation tips in my next meeting or speech, making sure to
practice and improve my confidence and clarity.
Course 3: Professional Soft Skills Learning Pathway

Feedback:
This course covered important soft skills like teamwork, communication, and time
management. It showed that soft skills are just as important as technical skills for
career success, especially in building decent work relationships and solving problems
together.

Most Useful Aspect:


The focus on adaptability and emotional intelligence was helpful. Learning to manage
my own emotions and be more understanding of others helped me better understand
how teams work.

Improvement Plan:
I plan to practice active listening and improve my emotional intelligence to work better
with others in future team projects.
