Introduction

This guide will take you through the main functions


of how to create and launch a campaign in ROS.
It will enable you to build your own
campaign, launch and download a file with your
target group which can be used in Mail Merge.

It will also show you how to approve or reject a


broadcasted campaign made by your local NSO

Customer tab

In the Customer tab you can search for information registered on the contact card

Ways to compose search criteria

If you are searching for customers with an Audio product AND BeoLab8000:
1. Find “Audio” and then click “Add”.
2. Then you find BeoLab 8000 and click “Add” again.

If you are searching for customers with BeoVision 9 OR BeoVision 10:


1. Find BeoVision 9 and click “Add”
2. Then click “New Group” to get the grey line with “OR”
3. Then find the BeoVision 10 and click “Add”

Here you can search for contacts that participated in a specific campaign or responded to one

How to add and remove contacts manually from target group

To view your target group you click on “Show result”


To add a contact to the target group, click on “add contact”

A new window will now open with all contactable contacts from your database that are not
already in the target group. Put a tick mark in the ones you wish to include. Close the window by
click in OK. Click "Save" in main window to save

To remove a contact from your target result simply remove the tick mark in the box to
the left . Remember to press save to save your changesof the target group
How to launch a campaign

You have to launch your campaign before you can download the csv file with your target group.

After you have saved all your search


criteria, you can choose “launch” from
the main menu and get a list of all draft
campaigns ready for launch

Remember to put a tick Click on “Launch” to change

How to approve or reject a national broadcasted campaign

Go into the Retail System under ‘Daily Operation’ – ‘CRM &


Ordering’. Under ‘Segmentation’ you will find ‘Campaign’

Find the correct ‘Broadcasted’ campaign, and


go into it by clicking on it

In the header you see the deadline


you have been set and the current
status of the campaign

Click on the “show result” to see your


target group
If you want to opt out of
the campaign, click
disapprove here, and
remember to click
‘Save’

Remember, you need to do this all before the


deadline date; otherwise the option to edit and be
part of the campaign will be closed.
