 Who is a Loan Underwriter/ Credit Assessor?
 Mathematical calculation questions based on Simple interest. Calculate ratios
 What are the 5 C's of credit and what do each of them mean? Examples. Very
important. This is a mandatory qualifier questions
 How is secured product different from unsecured product. Different products
offered (Which C doesn’t apply)
 Loan to value ratio (LVR) with example. What is a good LVR? If I have a property
worth 200,000, I take 100,000 loan, so my LTV is 50% (Principal loan amount/
Property value)
 Debt to income ratio (DTI) with example. Components considered to calculate
