**Presentation: My OJT Experience at Bhojraj Infotech**

Hello everyone,

I’m excited to share my On-the-Job Training (OJT) experience with you, which I completed at Bhojraj
Infotech, a small but dynamic computer accessories and repair shop located in Damk and established in
2014A.

During my time at Bhojraj Infotech, I had the chance to dive into the world of computer accessories,
repairs, and CCTV technology. I worked alongside experienced technicians, notably Mr. Bikash Katwal,
whose guidance was invaluable.

**What I Did:**

1. **Computer Accessories and Repairs:** I was involved in various tasks related to computer
components, helping customers find the right accessories, and assisting in repairs.

2. **CCTV Field Work:** I had the opportunity to accompany senior technicians on field visits, learning
the intricacies of CCTV installation and maintenance.

3. **Customer Interaction:** I occasionally assisted in customer services, learning to deal with customer
inquiries and providing helpful solutions.

**What I Learned:**

1. **Technical Skills:** I gained hands-on experience with computer hardware, accessories, and CCTV
systems.

2. **Customer Service:** I honed my communication skills and learned the importance of excellent
customer service.

3. **Teamwork:** Working with Mr. Bikash Katwal and the team taught me the value of collaboration
and teamwork.

**Challenges and Growth:**


Encountering challenges was part of the learning process. I faced technical issues, worked with diverse
customers, and solved problems collaboratively, which contributed to my personal and professional
growth.

**Gratitude:**

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Bikash Katwal and the entire team at Bhojraj Infotech for
their patience, guidance, and mentorship. This experience has been invaluable, shaping my
understanding of the industry and enhancing my skills.

Thank you for listening to my journey. This OJT at Bhojraj Infotech has been a stepping stone toward my
future career, and I’m excited to apply what I’ve learned in my future endeavors.
