Immigration information and application process:

Congratulations on your selection among the winners of the U.S. green card in the Diversity Immigrant
Visa Program for the fiscal year 2024. Winners were selected randomly via computer draw system of
email extractions. The green card permits you to work and live permanently in the United States.

Please read the below information carefully on the steps to take to receive the green card.
The U.S. green card is issued in the United States. You will have to arrive in the United States to receive
the green card. The first step you should take now is to apply for a U.S. immigrant visa which is for
permanent resident in the United States. When the visa is issued, you will have to arrive in the United
States with the issued visa to receive the green card.

Immigrant visa application: What you should do now.


Please complete this immigrant visa application form DS-230>Download Form DS-230
The form will be used to file your immigrant visa petition at the National Visa Center (NVC), to process
the petition and schedule the immigrant visa interview appointment at the U.S. Embassy nearest to you
for your visa issuance. Do NOT sign the form. You will sign it at the Embassy on your interview
appointment day. Complete the form using this filled out>Sample DS-230

Accompanying family members:


If you wish to immigrate to the United States with your family member(s); please complete the
immigrant visa application form for each person.

Submit your application with these (2) requirements:


1. Photo page of your international passport. Click to see sample
Only the principal applicant should submit the photo page of the international passport.

2. One recent passport size photograph. Click to see sample


Include one recent passport size photograph for yourself and all accompanying family members. Glue
each photo at the top left corner of the form DS-230 or attach them separately.

Submit the forms, your photo(s) and passport via email attachment to [email protected]

Immigrant visa application processing:


When you submit your application, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) after
approving your petition, will prepare the application with Form I-824, and send the petition to the
National Visa Center to process the petition and schedule the interview appointment at the Embassy for
your visa issuance. The processed application documents will be sent to you to submit at the Embassy
on your interview appointment day.
