up of very small particle and we call them atoms.

at its axis that causes day and night.
Due to this revolution the sun seems rising from the East and setting in the West.

Students will be told that by standing in front of sun we can find out cardinal
directions.

With the help of torch and object, teacher will tell the students that light travels in
a straight line and if any hurdle comes in the path of light it casts a shadow.
It will be discussed that the light is important/necessary to create a shadow and
shadow forms in the opposite direction of light source.
The teacher will discuss the formation and size of long and short shadows.
