A. Define the term “Interpersonal Skills”.?


Ans: Interpersonal skills are all about how well you get along with
others. It's about communicating clearly, listening actively, working in
teams, understanding others' feelings, and solving problems
together.

B. Explain briefly 7 soft skills that would help an EEE Engineer


to develop his/her career.
1. Ans: Communication Skills: An Electrical and Electronics Engineer
must be able to explain complicated technical information in a
way that is simple and easy to understand. This covers report
writing, public speaking, and elucidating ideas to non-technical
audiences.
2. Problem-Solving Skills: EEE Engineers often encounter intricate
problems that require creative and analytical thinking to solve.
Developing problem-solving skills can help in identifying issues,
evaluating solutions, and implementing effective fixes.
3. Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues, clients, and other
professionals is common in engineering projects. Strong
teamwork skills involve being able to work effectively in groups,
share responsibilities, and communicate efficiently to achieve
common goals.
4. Adaptability: Electrical & Electronics Engineering is always
developing as new technologies and approaches emerge. Being
flexible to change, acquiring new skills, and being current with
industry trends are all vital for job advancement.
5. Time Management: Engineering projects frequently have tight
deadlines and require effective time management. Prioritizing
work, completing deadlines, and staying organized can all help
boost productivity and performance.
6. Attention to Detail: In EEE engineering, accuracy is essential to
prevent mistakes that could result in expensive errors. Having an
acute sense of detail makes it easier to guarantee precision in
computations, designs, and project execution.
7. Customer Service Skills: Customer service abilities are important
for engineers working on projects where they will deal with
clients. Project results that are effective and prospects for
recurring business can be attained by comprehending customer
needs, offering solutions, and upholding positive client
connections.

1. Ans: Confidence: Displaying confidence in our content and
delivery helps engage our audience and establish credibility.

captures and maintains the audience's interest throughout the
presentation.
4. Effective Body Language: Use gestures, eye contact, and posture

our voice projects well to keep the audience engaged.

questions and feedback, and adapt our presentation accordingly.
