NOTE:
The Kamakshi Sai Dental Hospital in their letter dated 29-08-2018, has
requested for renewal of their dental services to the TTD Employees / Pensioners and
their dependents for the period 04-09-2018 to 02-03-2019 for the purpose of Medical
reimbursement.

TTDs are providing Medical Reimbursement for dental treatment to the TTD
Employees / Pensioners and their dependents as per the Govt.rules issued in the G.O
Ms.No.105, Dt: 09-04-2007.

TTD is allowing treatment for dental ailments in the hospitals which are having
recognition from the DME (Director of Medical Education, Vijayawada) and the list of
dental hospitals rendering treatment to the TTD employees / Pensioners and their
dependents existing are as follows:

Once a new dental hospital name is added to the list of hospitals, it continues
to serve, till it’s DME certificate is in force. After receiving renewal of recognition of
proceedings for medical reimbursement from the DME (Director of Medical Education)
Vijayawada (A.P) The above hospitals will be approaching TTD for their further
renewal at TTD.

Therefore, the subject matter is placed before the TTD Board for its approval on
the following proposals:
a) To renew permission to M/s Kamakshi Sai Dental Hospital, Tirupati to
continue its dental treatment service under reimbursement rules w.e.f 04-
09-2018 to 02-03-2019 i.e., for the period of renewal of its certificate by
the DME (Director of Medical Education, Vijayawada).
b) To delegate the power to renew the services of the existing dental
hospitals to render treatment to the TTD Employees / Pensioners and
their dependents as per medical reimbursement rules in future to the
Exe.Officer, TTD
