INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GROUP

1. Each group select one company from the list of companies listed on the
HOSE (Ho Chi Minh stock exchange).
2. Analyze key external environmental factors:
Examine the major external factors that impact the company's performance.
These factors could include economic conditions, market trends, regulatory
changes, competition, technological advancements, etc. Make sure to use real
data and credible sources when providing your analysis.
3. Assess the stability of the environment:
Evaluate whether the external environment is stable or unstable. If the scale
ranges from 1 being very stable to 10 being very unstable, what score would
you assign to the external environment of the company being analyzed?
Please provide your reasoning. For example, are there significant changes
happening frequently in the industry, or is the company operating in a
predictable environment?
4. Comment on the current situation and compare with stock prices:
Compare the external factors you've analyzed with the company's stock price
changes. Make comments on any connections between major changes in the
business environment and large price movements, if any.
5. Propose solutions for adaptation:
Suggest at least 3 solutions to help the company better adapt to its external
environment.

10 pages long (excluding table of content, references, annex), and formatted


with font size 12, Times New Roman, single-spaced, and normal margins.
