A noteworthy collection of photographs transferred to

the archive this quarter is evidence of our former
Chairman Sohrab Godrej’s international appeal.
The photographs, spanning the late 1960s, were taken
on various state visits organised by the Indo-Malaysian
Society, of which Mr. Godrej was the President. While
several photographs show Mr. Sohrab Godrej felicitating
dignitaries from Malaysia, one particular picture (see
right) has him present a Godrej Coffer to His Majesty
Yang di-Pertuan Agong at Raj Bhavan on 5th April 1969.
