Assignment 1

1) To find monthly bill of your home for the following appliances (Consider 30
days)
a) 5 fans for 12 hours daily (fan rating 80 W)
b) 4 lamps for 14 hours daily (lamp rating 20 W)
c) 2 LCD TV for 5 hours daily (LCD rating 100 W)
d) 2 microwave oven for 4 hours daily (500 W)
The charges per kWh are Rs. 13/-
