IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MATATAG K TO 10 CURRICULUM
___________ 1. This is performed by transferring the weight of the body from one foot to the
other.
___________ 2. This is performed by springing on both feet and landing on both feet or one
foot.
___________ 3. This is performed by springing on one foot and landing on the other foot.
___________ 5. This is springing on one foot and landing on the same foot.
Note: If there is no basketball court in the school, the activity will be done in any available
space and estimate the time the locomotor skills may be performed. Hence, the time and the
score in the rubric may be revised.)
Instructions:
1. For 5 minutes, do the following locomotor skills on a basketball court.
