CCSFP 16TH FOUNDATION CELEBRATION

MX. GAD CCSFP 2024 SPECIFIC GUIDELINES

1. The search is open to all Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer who are willing to speak up,
make a difference and advocate on issues affecting the LGBTQ community.

2. Each Institute can send two candidates.

3. The candidates are to abide by the schedules given by the organizers.

4. Candidates are expected to be ON TIME for all functions and events scheduled by the committee.

5. Past title winners are not eligible to join the pageant.

6. Awards
• Sponsorship Awards
• Mx. GAD CCSFP Most Photogenic
• Best in Production Number
• Best in Casual Wear
• Best in Formal Wear

7. Three winner will be selected during the Grand Coronation night with the corresponding title:
• Mx. GAD CCSFP 2024
• Mx. GAD CCSFP Gelingan 2024
• Mx. GAD CCSFP Leguan 2024

PAGEANT MECHANICS

The pageant is divided into two (2) rounds:

ROUND 1 – Each contestant shall be judged in three (3) categories:


• Production Number - 10%
• Casual Wear - 10%
• Formal Wear - 10%
• Advocacy - 70%
Total - 100%
Candidates will compete in the following categories:
• Production Number
a. Contestants’ performance during the production number is judged on the following:
- Projection and Delivery 30 points
- Mastery and execution of steps 30 points
- Poise and Bearing 20 points
- Stage Presence 20 points
Total 100 points
The score in the production number will comprise the 10 % of the total score.

• Casual Wear
a. Contestant’s casual wear presentation is judged on the following:
- Stage Presence 40 points
- Poise and Bearing 30 points
- Ramp, walk, posture, carriage and grace 30 points
Total 100 points
The score in the Casual Wear segment will comprise 10 % of the total score.

• Formal Wear
a. Contestant’s formal wear presentation is judged on the following:
- Sense of confidence, personality and stage presence 40 points
- Poise and Bearing 20 points
- Ramp, walk, posture, carriage and grace 20 points
- Sense of attractiveness, beauty and charm 20 points
Total 100 points
The score in the Casual Wear segment will comprise 10 % of the total score.

• Advocacy
a. During the formal wear segment, each candidate will be given a maximum of 2 minutes to
explain their respective advocacies. Presentation of advocacies is judged on the following:
- Content and Substance 80 points
- Mastery and Proficiency 20 points
Total 100 points
The score in the presentation of advocacy will comprise 70 % of the total score.

ROUND 2

1. The candidates will be trimmed down into 3. The scores will then be back to zero.
2. The candidates will be judged based on the following criteria:
I. Beauty of Face, Poise, Bearing and Personality - 20%
a. The candidates will be judged on their overall look and how they carry themselves on stage.
b. Each contestant is judged based on the following:
- Beauty of Face 50 points
- Poise and Bearing and Personality 20 points
- Sense of attractiveness and charm 20 points
- Overall stage presence 10 points
Total 100 points
The score in the beauty of face, poise, bearing, and personality will comprise 20 % of the total
score.

II. Intelligence (Ability to answer the question) – 80%


a. The objective is to evaluate the contestant's ability to think on their feet and answer a
question of general interest to people her age, including, but not limited to local, state, and
national current events.

b. Each contestant is judged on the following:


- Content and substance of the answer 50 points
- Manner of Delivery 30 points
- Speech, vocabulary, and grammar 10 points
- Confidence and commanding presence 10 points
Total 100 points
The score in the question and answer portion will comprise 80 % of the total score.

3. The decision of the board of judges is final and irrevocable.
