Computation of grades will be based from the Memorandum no. 8, s. 2023 and PSU BOR Resolution no. 238-13, s. 2023.
Course Policy 1. Be prompt - be ready to learn when class begins.
2. Be prepared - have materials (i.e. textbook) with you for lecture class.
3. Be polite and positive participant- speak politely to each other and listen attentively; do not disrupt others while they are working.
4. Be productive- turn in your work on time and always do your best.
5. Class attendance is mandatory- when the student made 7 consecutive unexcused absences, he/she shall be dropped from the
course.
6. Students are expected to take quizzes, activities, and examinations at the scheduled time.
7. There will be no make-up for missed quizzes and examination unless circumstances beyond the students control prevent participation
at the scheduled time.
8. A grade of zero will be recorded for missed activities stated above.
9. Students should submit an excuse slip/letter once they get absent. An excused letter signed by the Program Adviser and Campus

Director should be presented before a make-up test will be given to students who were absent during the time it was given.
10. Deduction of points will be given for every late submission of course requirements. The corresponding deduction shall be agreed
upon by the class at the start of the semester and/or upon teacher’s discretion.
11. Students are expected to behave properly during lecture classes. Otherwise, they will be asked to leave the classroom.
12. Students are supposed to be in their proper school uniform on designated days.
13. Make-up test will only be given to those students who have a reasonable excuse for getting absent.
14. Late projects/requirements may be accepted but there will be a corresponding deduction in the grade.
