screen to scan).

Before we start,
make sure
Your Internet connection
is stable.

and open the confirmation email we
sent when you made the purchase.

CODE from your email to kickstart
the eSIM installation on the device
of your choice.

Manual Installation
Install the eSIM manually
on your smartphone

Reminder
Install your eSIM a few
hours before your flight!
Open your email
and save the codes
Unlock your Iphone
and go to Settings
> Mobile Data

Click “Add eSIM”
Now tap “Use QR Code”
Tap “Enter
Details Manually”
Insert the SM - DP Adress
and the Activation code
Both codes were sent to you
on the confirmation email.
Select “Add Data
Plan” and click “Continue”
Label your data plan.
We suggest “get eSIM”

Did you know that


you can name your
eSIM?
Set a primary line for
messages and calls
And a primary line for
iMessage and Facetime
Select the data plan
you will be using
Make sure you choose your get
data plan. Don’t forget to turn off
“Allow Mobile Data Switching” to
avoid addtional roaming changes.
Attention!
Once your eSIM is installed,
it's ready to roll!

If you haven't reached your


destination yet, simply
deactivate it until you do.
Now, return to Settings
and tap “Mobile Data”

When you reach your destination
return here and activate it again.

Install the eSIM manually

and save the codes
Go to Settings
> Connections
Tap “SIM Manager”
Under eSIM,
select “Add eSIM”
Now, select “Scan QR
Code from service
provider”
Tap “Enter
activation code”
Paste the LPA
code and confirm by
selecting “Connect”
The LPA code was sent to you
on the confirmation email.
Tap “Add” and wait.
If you are asked for your PIN CODE,
please find it in your confirmation
e-mail.
Tap on your new eSIM
Label your data plan
by taping “Name”
We suggest “get eSIM”

Did you know that


you can name your
eSIM?
Make sure your
get eSIM is connected.
Then, go to seetings and make sure you
have selected get eSIM as your mobile
data eSIM.
Turn on Data Roaming
And your get eSIM is
ready to use!
Attention!
Once your eSIM is installed,
it's ready to roll!

If you haven't reached your


destination yet, simply
deactivate it until you do.
Now, return to
Settings and tap
“Connections”
Enter “SIM Manager”
Turn off the get eSIM.
When you reach your destination
return here and activate it again.
Activate your eSIM!
Activate the eSIM manually
on your smartphone

Reminder
Activate your eSIM only
when you arrive at your
destination!
Go to Settings
> Connections
Enter “SIM Manager”
Make sure you have
your get eSIM selected
Tap “Mobile networks”
Turn on Data Roaming
And your get eSIM is
ready to use!
