About Us:
Operating under the brand ‘Jio-bp’, Reliance BP Mobility Limited (RBML) is an Indian fuels and
mobility joint venture between Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) and bp. The joint venture
leverages Reliance’s presence across the country and its millions of consumers through the Jio
digital platform. bp brings its extensive global experience in high-quality differentiated fuels,
lubricants, retail, and advanced low carbon mobility solutions. In addition to marketing
conventional fuels, RBML provides advanced mobility solutions and alternate fueling options to
its customers such as Electric Vehicles (EV) charging points, and Battery Swapping Stations (BSS).
The company’s aviation brand ‘air bp-Jio’ is a leading supplier of Aviation Turbine Fuel across
India. The brand ‘Jio-bp Fuel4U’ caters to on-demand doorstep delivery of diesel and is a market
leader in the segment. Jio-bp would provide superior customer experience including
differentiated fuels, convenience retail shop and cafe, express oil change by Castrol, flexible
payment solutions etc.

Job Position: Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs)

Job Accountabilities :-
• As a member of our Digital team, you should be passionate around solving business
problems through innovation and engineering practices.
• Gain deep knowledge in programming languages, program design and development
procedures.
• Participate as directed in the complete software development life cycle from requirement
gathering to deployment of the product
• Design, develop and troubleshoot moderate to complex software applications
• Get associated in development, testing, support of existing/new software applications
and solutions
• Undertake any other assignments for which may be allocated to you from time to time
• Cultivate strong working relationships with co-workers

Technical Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

• Software development using programming language like .Net, Java, Python, Angular etc.
• Mobile application development using frameworks like Flutter, React native, Ionic,
Xamarin etc.
• Knowledge of database development, querying and writing stored procedures, functions
in MS SQL or Oracle.
• Knowledge of html, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery

Total Annualized Pay Structure:

• On Joining – Total Pay – 5.50 LPA (Full Fixed)


• On Confirmation (Basis Performance Evaluation)
Total Pay – 6.66 LPA (Fixed Pay – 06.00 L + Annual Cash Bonus – 0.66 L)
