SBI Clerk Exam Pattern
The SBI Clerk Syllabus comprises the topics for the two phases of the exam. The SBI Clerk
syllabus for both stages is almost similar with a slight change in the SBI Clerk Mains Exam
with the addition of an extra section of General Awareness.
Given below is the in detail:
1. Both Prelims and Mains Exams are computer-based.
2. There shall be a negative marking of 0.25 marks.
3. There is also sectional timing in both prelims and mains exams.
4. The questions shall be objective type.
5. The medium of the exam is bilingual i.e., Hindi and English.

Important Points about the SBI Clerk Exam

1. The SBI Clerk Exam will comprise Multiple Choice Questions in both Main and
Prelims.
2. The questions in objective tests, except for the test of General English, will be bilingual
i.e., English & Hindi.
3. The SBI Clerk Result will be released separately for the Prelims and the Mains.
4. The selection will depend on the marks obtained by the candidates in the Mains
Exam.
5. There will be no interview round conducted for the selection of candidates for SBI
Clerk Recruitment

SBI Clerk Syllabus- Numerical Ability

The part called “Quantitative Aptitude” in bank exams is quite hard. In this part, they
check how good you are with numbers and math. They ask questions about different
math problems, like adding and subtracting, using equations, working with percentages,
and doing other types of math.

This part of the exam has 35 questions, and you can get 35 marks for it. You have 20
minutes to do this part. But be careful, if you answer a question wrong, they take away a
small part of your marks.

Out of all the parts in the bank exam for clerks, this math part has the most stuff to study.
