Contemporary Approaches to Urban Design (M.A.) -

 Analysed Cowley Road in Oxford, focusing on street and area morphology, identifying key
variables and interconnections between blocks, plots and streets.

Urban Design Masterplan to Public Realm (M.A.) -

 Applied urban design principles to Swindon City Council's proposal for redesigning two sites in
Central Swindon, developing a masterplan for presentation to council members.

 Focused on the public realm for redesigning sites in Central Swindon, emphasizing a multi-
generational space following ‘8-80 cities’ principle.

International Urban Design Theories for Design and Planning (M.A.) -

 Conducted an online study comparing the urban morphologies of Ahmedabad, India, and
Hong Kong, utilizing available sources, research, maps, and historical data, analyzed the
differences in their morphologies and the factors influencing them in their respective context.

 Conducted a live study of Old Street, London, analyzing its morphology to understand urban
tissue, route structure, and on-site movement. Based on this analysis, created various plans for
urban design interventions.
Urban Design in Challenging context (M.A.) -

 Addressed urban design and planning challenges around the Narendra Modi Stadium in
Motera, India, aiming to improve the local environment for residents.

 Considering the issues, we created a masterplan by calculating all the major things and
redesigned the public realm such that it can resolve the issues faced regarding urban design
and can also preserve the culture of the neighborhood and the people living in there.

MA Dissertation (M.A.) -

 User-Centered Transformation of Bus Rapid Transit System: An Evaluation Study of Pune BRTS
to Develop a Refurbishment Framework for Improved Performance

Urban Design for Chinchwad Gaon (B.Arch) -

 Carried out live site visit and survey throughout the area to understand each and every
aspect of the present conditions and developed a masterplan to resolve the urban issues
and provide all the amenities for a neighborhood.

WORK EXPERIENCE –
INDOVANCE INC. Job title – Architect May 2021 – August 2022 (1 yr. 3 mnths)

 Prepared detail, fabrication, IFC, and GFC drawings for high-rise commercial and residential
buildings in the UK, Canada, and the USA using AutoCad and Revit.
 Client meetings with international clients, presenting the design and work to them, and
assisting the team in making necessary revisions for their approval.

It’s Studio Job title – Jr. Architect January 2021 – May 2021 (4 months)

 Developed 2D and 3D designs for architectural and interior design projects considering the
policies in the specific areas and the design patterns which has been followed using
AutoCad, Sketchup, Vray.
 Conducting measurement drawings on-site, overseeing on-site work and client requirements,
and carrying out the design in accordance with the drawings by directing the builders to do
the same.

Bhole and Associates Job title – Jr. Architect August 2019 – August 2020 (1yr. 1 month)

 Finished interior design projects for Mumbai's warehouses, businesses, and residences while
using softwares like AutoCad, Sketchup, Vray, Lumion.
 Supervising the projects from measurement drawings to design and implementation while
taking into consideration the urban pattern and the policies in the metropolitan cities so that
the design shouldn’t stand out and maintain the similarity.

S. J. Architects Job title – Jr. Architect May 2019 – August 2019 (3months)

As an on-site architect, oversaw and guided the development of a variety of residential and
mixed-use buildings. Accurately obtaining the drawings and completing them on site, from
start to completion.
