Challenges that can be clarified are challenges to face regarding understanding quality education and

developing professionally. The people where I live do not understand the importance of education so
that the increase in education from the lower to the upper levels is still not optimal. Therefore, as
someone who cares about education, I need to speak out against the decline in understanding of
education. I think that people who understand education will invest in the future by recruiting other
people, so that the seeds themselves grow until they become material for the public interest. So that
people who understand teaching education start from mastering letters at adult level and above. We
need to protect and protect people who always make sacrifices for school in order to advance the region
and the nation. If the level of understanding among parents, teenagers and adults is so that everyone is
able to think, the concrete solution that can be taken is to collaborate with educational foundations and
continue activities in the interests of the school, that is a challenge for us.

The challenge that became a learning experience for me in my community was when I gave advice,
education, and experience to my friends and younger siblings, but because I was not faithful in following
me, as an advisor, I was a bit annoyed in the development of understanding of the organization. This is
something that for me is a tough challenge, because changing someone's character is not easy. when
these habits change for the better, these communities will be better, and safer. So this method will also
have an impact on generations at school and in the environment where we live, especially to develop
positive things in this organization
