I’m Kristine, a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education major in General Education and a
Licensed Professional Teacher. Aside from my bachelor’s degree, I have also finished a training on
Contact Center Services NCII under Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. The
training enhanced my knowledge, skills and attitude in communicating effectively using English
language, delivering quality customer service, performing computer operation and internet
navigation, and demonstrating understanding and knowledge of American culture and geography.
Such training also taught me to participate in workplace communication, work in a team
environment, practice career professionalism and practice occupational health and safety procedures.

Other trainings I attended include Appointment Setting, Social Media Administration/Management


and Basic Graphic Design.
