SAFETY FEATURES
DOOR SAFETY:
Landing doors will prevent the lift from starting unless they fully shut. Once the
lift leaves a particular floor, that door cannot be opened.
CAR FRAME DESIGN:
The car frame structure shall be manufactured to resist all Static and dynamic
loading.

GUIDE RAIL:
Heavy Duty Guide Railsare anchored on the sidewalls with the help of guide
brackets as per site requirements. 2Nos. Guide Rails each are provided for the car
and counter weight.

SAFETY APPARATUS:
A. Locking Device and electrical interlock on all Landing Doors and Electrical
Interlock on car doors.
B. Final overshoot limit switches are provided beyond the top and bottom landing
levels.
C. Terminal Limit Switch on top landing.
D. Motor overload protection.
E. Auto Rescue Device.

AUTO RESQUE DEVICE:


In a normal lift operation the lift stops suddenly when there is a power failure.
People traveling in a lift get stranded if the lift stops midway between two floors.
This at times leads to people getting panicked and can also result in an unfortunate
incident.
There are various solutions to the problem:
1. Moving the lift manually to a nearest floor so that people can be rescued. This
requires. Atleast one trained person and the battery operated alarm bell should be
functioning.
2. The best solution is the installation of an UPS. Called an Auto Rescue Device or
anEmergency Rescue Device, it senses power failure and without any delay,
brings the lift to the nearest floor.

BUFFER SPRING.
It is used to give strong support from falling the lift or suddenly slipping in any
case.
EMERGENCY ALARM.
In case of stocking inside the Cabin you can used for give information for rescue.
FIREMEN
Incase of Fire inside the building at any floors you can break the glass and operate
the firemen switch it will takes the lift directly to the Ground floor.

OVER SPEED GOVERNED
 In case of 8 mm ropes break the lift will suddenly moves towards down
direction and if the speed increases from 1 m/s the lift will suddenly stops
and it will comes in clutch and holds the guide-rails.

levies including but not limited to GST) imposed in respect of this contract, the entire burden of any additional levy shall be borne and payable
by you on demand at any time, in addition to the price/s stated herein.
