Task 1: Compare/Contrast Essay

Due: 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16

To wrap up our unit on mythology, you will be writing an essay to compare and
contrast two creation myths from different cultures. Your essay must follow the
template I have included below, which consists of at least 4 paragraphs (minimum
5 sentences per paragraph). It must be in MLA format (12 pt. Times New Roman,
double spaced) and must include a bibliography of all your sources.
Your essay should compare and contrast 2 creation myths. At least 1 of your myths
must come from the “Text” list. (This means you can choose 2 myths from the
“Text” list, or you can choose 1 from “Text” and 1 from “Video.”)
