You will be involved in all the design, feature planning sessions, drive new innovative
ideas, and make decisions on what is feasible to implement. You will see and seize
opportunities for quick wins, but also be technically minded, customer and business
oriented to drive solutions for complex problems. You will make a difference!

What you will be doing:

1. Write programs in a variety of computer languages, such as Java and use


frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
2. Work with product management to understand product requirements
3. Participate and lead scrums, huddles
4. Take part in design reviews, code walkthroughs
5. Debug programs by testing for and fixing errors and work with QA to adhere to
Quality first programs

1. Exposure to programming environments (Core Java/Android/iOS/ UI / Machine


learning)
2. Analytical bent of mind, problem solving skills and logical reasoning capability ( if
you love puzzles and riddles- this is your place)
3. Excellent in Data structure and Algorithms
4. Exposure to non-windows based platforms
5. Projects done to highlight learnings

1. Passion for programming and software development (Analytical skills)


2. Understanding of complex instructions in order to create software programs.
