PATTERN NOTES
Lofty is an ultra-soft, squishy rug that’s perfect Top Edge
anywhere in your home. We like it beside the bed Rows 1-10: Knit.
so that it’s the first thing your feet touch when Bind off all sts.
you wake up each morning. It’s simple to modify
this pattern to create a larger rug – just add FINISHING
additional pattern repeats. Block to finished measurements and weave in
ends.

STITCH GUIDE ndl needle
Spring Stitch p purl
Insert ndl into st as if to knit, wrap yarn around patt pattern
both ndls counter-clockwise 10 times. Knit pm place marker
through and off ndl, unraveling spring coil along rep repeat
yarn tail. Cinch the spring coil by tugging yarn tail. RS right side
sl slip

Establish Pattern
Row 1 (RS): K6, pm, work Row 1 of Spring
Bobbles patt to last 6 sts, pm, k6. Patt will be
repeated 9 times across each row.
Row 2 (WS): K6, sl m, work Row 2 of Spring
Bobbles patt to m, sl m, k6.
Row 3: Knit to m, sl m, work Row 3 of Spring
Bobbles patt to m, sl m, knit to end.
Row 4: K6, sl m, work Row 4 of Spring Bobbles
patt to m, sl m, k6.
Rep Rows 1-4, 24 more times, then rep Rows 1-2,
1 more time.
