Land Buying and Selling Taxes in Punjab for


the Fiscal Year 2024-2025

5. Tax on Sales (Section 236C):

6. Transfer of Land:

A fee of Rs. 500 or 2% of the declared value applies.


7. Certified Copies:

The fee for certified copies is Rs. 300.


8. Fee Copies:

Rs. 200 is charged for fee copies.
