Subject: Remainder regarding refund of my fees.

Respected Sir,

I Milind Vishan of (2014-15) Batch pass out of Information Technology


Branch, (Roll no- 1073413026). I am writing this application in respect of my fees refund,
at the time of my no dues dated 29/7/2022, there was a missing one year slip for the year
of 2013. So in that case the college asked me to pay Rupees 51,750/- in order to clear
my no dues and i paid the amount with the confirmation from the college that as soon as i
find the missing slip or the bank confirmation of fees which was paid in the year 2013 and
produce as a proof, the college will return the extra one year fees which i paid on the date
of no dues. I Have attached two files in this mail, one is the bank record with the DD no-
25287238 with the date 01/08/2013 of amount Rupees 51,950/- and second slip is of
amount 51,750/- which was paid on 29/7/2022 as asked by the college . I request you to
please look into this matter and will be grateful if you return the previous amount paid
51,950/- in my Account No- 682110110005358, Bank of India. IFSC CODE-
BKID0006821. Name- Milind Vishan.
I have attached letter from the bank as a proof that the fees was submitted in the bank
account in this application.
I have attached slip of extra fees submitted by me at the time of no dues. In this
application.

I am writing mails regarding my problem since 16th November, 2022, i sent my first mail to
the Dean's office on 16th November, 2022, no reply from the office, I sent my 2nd mail on
1st December, 2022, still there was no reply, I sent my third mail on 1st February, 2023,
still my problem was not solved, i have sent my fourth mail on 6th November 2023.Still no
reply, i have attached my mail copies also which i have sent as a proof and also other
copies of proof of my grief written in the application.

Thank you for your understanding and consideration. I look forward to a positive resolution
to this situation.
