SOLICITATION LETTER FOR YEAR END PARTY

December 13, 2023

Dear Sir,

Year-end parties are often organized by organizations or social groups to mark the end
of one year and the beginning of another. Its main purpose is to bring people together
to celebrate the end of the year.

Like every year, we are organizing to celebrate the Year End Party will all the staffs and
members of our team this coming December 16, 2023, 1PM at Halfway House- Kalinaw
Village.

In this regard, we would like to humbly appeal to your sense of generosity and ask you
to be one with us in this noble endeavor. Any amount for the food or kind you could
extend us will be accounted and be acknowledged and surely will be contributed for the
success of the celebration.
