WRITING TASK 2 (General & Academic):

Nowadays the way many people interact with each other has changed because of
technology. In what ways has technology affected the types of relationships people
make? Has this become a positive or negative development?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or
experience.

Technology is becoming advanced day by day at a faster rate than ever in the past making our lives a
lot easier.It has changed how people interact with each other in good and bad manner.Now following
essay is going to focus on dark and brighter aspects of it.
To begin with, the invention of the ‘Internet’ is the biggest of all.Through this we can talk to anyone
face to face just within a few seconds. We can access any type of information or data that is uploaded
in it and most of it is free.Email is the modern version of the letter. It is easy to use and a lot faster than
the birds which usually took days to deliver your message.Introduction of car to the world is the one of
greatest thing that is admirable because take to anywhere in a less time over very long distances which
was not possible in the past.Education system is also developed in a new way which is smart classes
that is very helpful for distance learning or in case of outbreak of virus which do not follows a protocol
of large number of people together.
Furthermore, there are some things that we are paying with the advancement of technology. Nowadays
the younger generation are becoming more lazy because they are too dependent on it. They are wasting
their valuable time on playing video games or using social media platforms which are making them
hollow from inside because they have a very few interactions with the real persons. This is making
them less socially active in real life.
In nutshell, technology is more of a blessing than a curse although it is doing some serious damage to
humanity but it has many pros that we can not even count that are making our lives safer and
interesting.
