Singh, the employee of the complainant company was moved, which is pending for the

complainant as also recorded in the last order.
On LDOH, the court waited for the accused, despite that lenient view was
taken imposing cost of Rs. 500/- ( to be deposited in DLSA). The cost remains unpaid with
no appearance filed today again. Be awaited for accused till 12:30 PM.

At 12:35 PM, matter is again taken up.
