2. What is difference between needs, wants and demands?
 Needs refers to the state of felt deprivation. The primary needs
include physical, social, safety, individual need etc. For examples
food, clothing, shelter, warmth, safety, etc. likewise, the secondary
needs may be love, belongingness etc.

Want is refers to a firm that a human need takes. In other words,


want is a desire for particular satisfier of need. Human wants are
shaped by individual cultural, social & institutional force, etc.
Demands refers to human want that are backed by the willingness
and the purchasing ability of the human.

 Reactive marketing is one of the most widely used approach in
marketing that involves tactics being employed when opportunities
or challenges arises. As per this approach marketing environmental
factors are un predictable and uncontrollable.
