After having your CRM set up its time to build your leads list by searching in the right

pockets of leads.

Like Hormozi said, we don’t just want leads, we want engaged leads. We need to offer some

type of free value, so they know, like and trust us more.

So, what free value can we offer as a lead market to get them on call?

Free Value: Your lead magnet to get engaged leads, will ALWAYS, be free work of some

kind. The more free work you can do for someone in a short amount of time, the better.

EXAMPLES of FREE VALUE for Operators;

1) Create a free skool for their audience &offering to make them a paid community for

free.

 You can grab a free 14day trial on skool.com and make a free skool group for

creator audience. This helps them visualize what it would look like to make a

community for their audience. Then you can send a loom video of the skool

you built for them. Then you can change it up a little bit and do it for another

creator a few minutes later. Show them examples of skool groups to paint the

picture. Ask them if they like what they see and if they would be interested in

letting you make them a paid community for free so they can start making

money.

2)RAW video(I prefer this)

 Make an extremely personalized video with just your face in it and offer to

help them monetize their audience. Give them as much value as you can with

ideas you have to help them monetize and tell them how easy you think it will
help them do it. and tell them you would like to do it for them for free. GET

their attention by starting by outlining the research you did about them,how

you can help make 10k a month,the social proof of pple making money

through info communities.and an example of how you would make it work

out for them

3)Offer to fly out.

Offer to fly out to the creator to spend a day strategizing how you can help them monetize

their audience. ###a bonus, offer to pay them for their time if they felt, like in person the

game plan session wasn’t valuable*An easy transition to an in-person sales pitch*

they should take if interested.it should be easy and clear.it can be something as simple as type

Personalization: Every lead magnet you sent to a lead, needs to be extremely personalized.

Do your research on them and add the personalization in the first 3 to 5 seconds of whatever

you are sending them.

Increase perceived likelihood of achievement: when you are a beginner that has never done

it before most people won’t believe that its possible or you can actually pull it off…show

(them our group, the creator accelerator).and tell them they are your mentor. Showing you
how to do exactly, what you are going to help them do. Then show them all of our clients

wins in the wins channel to show them its possible.

Pro tip: The lead magnet you offer upfront is probably the most important thing about this. If

you don’t win them with the lead magnet you actually lose them immediately. Make you lead

Get them on a call: Use ACA frame work until you feel like there’s been enough built up

How to do market research

and offer is different. Write it out, practice saying it in the mirror and get the delivery to be

perfect.

How to Frame Them to Want to Buy

In the Dm closing script there will be a few questions we ask them before we send them the

There are 2 types of Dms : Direct community dms and lead magnet dms.

Direct community dms are more interested than the latter, but we still need to ask questions

to gain frame. That’s because interest is not binary its continuum: it’s not: Are they

Good copy is relatable and it resonates

Relatable means its empathetic and connects with the audience.

Resonates means: Agreeing with something.

The copy should relate to their current and desired situation.

Make them an irresistible offer= solution resonance

Once you’ve pushed them into the buying pocket by relating to their situation, communicate

a solution that resonates.

Dream outcome X Perceived likelihood of achievement

Time delay x effort and sacrifice =value

Dream outcome eg; make $10k a month

Perceived likelihood of achievement eg: case studies of people who have done it
Time delay= 3 months

Effort and sacrifice = what they have to do to achieve it.and guarantee

Improving your copy to make the message more relatable, while communicating an offer that

strongly resonates with the audience. Make the copy as short as possible without losing

effectiveness.

STEP 4 DM Closing

Helping the prospect make a decision to buy the perfect solution.

After watching the vsl the prospect should be ready to buy.

Now you need to use your closing question to wrap them up in emotions to help them make

their decisions.

The response to these questions should be extremely long and motivated. if you’re getting

good responses majority of the time, your vsl is working.

The only objective you should get after down selling is that they really want to buy but they

simply cannot afford it.

If you get any other objections, that means your anti vsl needs work.

1) Ask the prospects that stopped responding after the vsl why they stopped

responding after the vsl

2) Ask prospects that responded to the vsl, but stopped responding after the

payment link why they did so

3) Ask people who bought your stuff why they did it

4) Ask people who bought your stuff what you could add that would make

them want to pay more.

5) Ask people who bought your stuff what you could improve overally.
