METAL BASED APPLICATIONS

ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANELING SYSTEMS

Aluminum Composite Paneling (ACP) is a versatile building material that consists of two thin aluminum
sheets bonded to a core material, typically polyethylene or mineral. It's known for its lightweight,
durability, and aesthetic appeal.
ADVANTAGES:
• Can bend, fold and turn easily
• Flatness
• Wide range of colors and finishes
• Excellent thermal and acoustic insulation
• Borer, termite, and fungi resistant
• Available in different thicknesses
• Can be made fire retardant
• Have antimicrobial properties
• UV ray resistant
• Lightweight and corrosion and shock resistant
• Environment-friendly
• Fully recyclable
TYPES OF ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANELS

Fire Retardant ACP

A Fire Retardant ACP sheet is made in the form of a honeycomb design that brings down the intensity
of the fire and the heat produced from any fire outbreak. The air bubbles situated between the
honeycomb design ensure to trap the fire by creating a vacuum in between the layers.
Non-Combustible ACP
It is the same as a traditional composite panel; however, what makes it different is the technology of
the core, which is constructed from a 100% Aluminium structure rather than any combustible
material. It is made of an advanced mineral compound that is best for restraining the flammability of

Applications
Suitable for various facade applications, including curtain walls, soffits, and canopies.
ZINC CLADDING SYSTEMS

Zinc cladding systems are durable, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable metal cladding options
for buildings. They are resistant to corrosion, low maintenance, and versatile in design.
ADVANTAGES :
• Durability: Resistant to corrosion and weathering.
• Aesthetics: Natural, metallic appearance with a unique patina.
• Sustainability: Recyclable and low environmental impact.
• Low maintenance: Requires minimal upkeep.
• Versatility: Can be used in various architectural styles and applications.
• Long lifespan: Ensures a lasting investment.
• Fire resistance: Provides protection against fire hazards.
• reduction: Helps to reduce noise pollution.
• Thermal insulation: Offers some level of insulation.
• Cost-effective: Can be a cost-effective solution over time.
TYPES :

• Standing Seam: Long, vertical seams for walls and roofs.

• Flat Lock: Interlocking panels for a seamless look, often used for walls.
• Zinc Composite Panels: Zinc bonded to a composite core for added strength.

Zinc cladding systems are used for:

• Building facades
• Roofing
• Interior walls
• Architectural features
• Industrial applications
• Residential homes
• Commercial structure
• Contemporary design
• Sustainable construction
• Low-maintenance solutions
WEATHERING STEEL (COR-TEN STEEL)
Weathering steel, also known as COR-TEN steel, is an excellent choice for curtain wall and facade applications due to its
unique properties and aesthetic appeal. Its ability to develop a protective rust layer over time eliminates the need for
painting or other maintenance treatments, making it a low-maintenance option.
Features:
• Self-healing: Forms a protective rust layer that prevents further corrosion.
• Low maintenance: No need for painting or coatings.
• Unique aesthetic: Rust patina adds a distinctive, natural look
• Durability: Resistant to harsh weather conditions.

Applications :
• Curtain walls: Exterior cladding for buildings.
• Facades: Exterior walls and facades.
• Sculptures: Outdoor art installations
• Bridges: Structural elements.
• Industrial structures: Tanks, silos, and other industrial equipment.
GYPSUM BOARD
Gypsum board is a common building material used for interior walls, ceilings, and partitions. It's made from a core of gypsum
plaster, which is sandwiched between two sheets of paper.
Types:
• Regular gypsum board: Standard grade for general construction.
• Type X gypsum board: Fire-resistant, often used in areas with strict fire codes.
• Moisture-resistant gypsum board: Used in areas with high humidity,
such as bathrooms and kitchens.
• Sound-resistant gypsum board: Helps reduce noise transmission between rooms.
Features:
• Lightweight: Easy to handle and install.
• Fire-resistant: Provides fire protection.
• Moisture-resistant: Can withstand moisture.
• Sound-absorbing: Reduces noise levels.
Applications:
• Walls: Interior walls and partitions.
• Ceilings: Ceiling panels.
• Partition walls: Dividing spaces within buildings.
• Drywall construction: Creating interior walls and ceilings.
• Soundproofing: Improving noise isolation.
• Fire protection: Providing fire resistance in buildings
CALCIUM SILICATE BOARD
Calcium silicate board is a non-combustible building material made from a
blend of calcium oxide, silica, reinforcing fibers, and other additives. It's known
for its excellent fire resistance, moisture resistance, and durability.

Features:

Fire resistance: High fire rating, making it ideal for fire-sensitive areas
Moisture resistance: Resists moisture, making it suitable for wet
environments.
Thermal insulation: Provides good thermal insulation, helping to maintain
temperature.
Sound absorption: Reduces noise transmission.
Light weight: Easier to handle and install compared to traditional
materials.
Durability: Long-lasting and resistant to wear and tear.

Applications:

Construction: Partition walls, ceilings, exterior cladding, and insulation.

Industrial: Fireproofing for steel structures, insulation for piping and
equipment.
Commercial: Fire protection and insulation in buildings like hotels,
hospitals, and schools.
Residential: Internal walls, ceilings, and exterior cladding
FALSE CEILING SYSTEMS WITH STEEL AND ALUMINUM FRAMEWORK

False ceilings, also known as drop ceilings or suspended ceilings, are a popular interior design element that offer various
benefits such as improved acoustics, insulation, and aesthetic appeal. Steel and aluminum frameworks are commonly used to
support these false ceilings
