and preferences. There is a need for an automated system that generates tailored
fitness plans based on user data, preferences, and goals, leveraging AI and data
analytics to offer a customized experience.

Project

• Framework: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for building a basic and responsive user interface).
• HTTP Requests: Fetch API (for making simple API calls to connect the frontend with the AI backend).

• Framework for API: Flask (to serve the AI models as simple REST APIs that the frontend can call).
