VISION Filipino children age 0-4 years old whose rights are protected and promoted and whose potential are developed to the fullest

MISSION Strengthen a system that raises awareness towards the improvements of the quality of life of young children 0-4 years old, their families
and communities through cooperative and collaborative delivery of services on held, nutrition, early education and social development
GOALS 1. To strengthen the Quality Early Childhood Care & Development Program for the growth and development of the Pre-schoolers.
2. to enrich knowledge, Attitude and Skills of the Child Development Workers (CDW) to become effectively implemented the Center
Based Program Implemented in Alternative Venues (CBPIAV)
3. to strengthen parental capabilities of preschool parents including capabilities of facilitating the new mode of learning in the new
normal
