III. Materials Needed:


● Large poster or diagram of the human body with major muscles (can be a printed image
or drawn on a whiteboard).
● Sticky notes or labels.
● Markers.
● Handout with simple descriptions of the muscular system functions.

IV. Instructions:
Introduction (5 minutes):
● In this activity, your teacher will give you activities to learn about muscles. You will
also share your thoughts and experiences related to the functions of muscles in
performing different physical activities.
