GUIDED QUESTIONS:

1.Discuss how entrepreneurs and business enterprises contribute to the public sector. Specify what they need to be done to alleviate poverty and
improve the provision of basic services to the public.
The entry of new players into a market typically increases competition, drives innovation, and leads to better products and services for consumers.
However, it can also disrupt existing business dynamics, redistribute market share, and put pressure on incumbent firms to adapt. While new
entrants can lower barriers to entry and improve market efficiency, they also introduce risks such as price wars and regulatory challenges. For both
new entrants and existing companies, the key to success lies in innovation, differentiation, and effective responses to the evolving competitive
landscape.
