Task Duration: 50 minutes
Format ● This will be an online test which consists of multiple choice questions.
● Calculators are allowed.
● Supervision will be via Zoom. You are required to attend a zoom session with
your class and videos must be turned ON. Be punctual.
● You must complete the test during your designated period.
● You will receive a link to the test at the beginning of your lesson.

● Paper to do the working out

Additional Information ● It is an OPEN BOOK test.


● Each section will consist of multiple choice questions.
● Write down the answers to the multiple choice questions on a piece
of paper BEFORE putting them in the form.
● After completion of the test, you must take a photo of the answers and any
working out that you have done on a piece of paper and submit it through
google classroom on the ‘Task 4 - Test’ post that will be available on the
day of the test.

If unable to attend on the day of the task you will need to provide a letter from
your parent/guardian/caregiver stating the reason for your absence and it must
be signed by parent/guardian/caregiver. Give this to your teacher.
