A very warm and graceful good morning to everyone

World Kidney Day is a global healthcare event


celebrated on the 2nd Thursday in March every year
since 2006, intending to bring together the patients
suffering from kidney diseases and promote awareness of
"amazing kidneys" by educating the people about their
role in maintaining health.

As we commence this beautiful learning journey today, I


- Dr. Kashish, would like to welcome you all to this
CME in Commemoration of World Kidney Day 2024,
organised by the Department of General Medicine and
Nephrology. Your presence adds immense value to our
event, and we are truly honored to have you here.

In the spirit of nurturing growth and fostering


connections, I am delighted to extend a heartfelt
welcome to you all, accompanied by a token of
appreciation. [PLANTAR]

It’s our holy tradition to worship our Goddess Saraswati


before any important event, let us dedicate a prayer to
Maa Saraswati and request all the dignitaries to kindly
light the lamp and brighten this day ahead with their
presence and support.

I would like to request our Head of Department of


Medicine Prof Dr. A K Gadpayle who has been really
instrumental to this organization's journey, to please say
a few words and lead us for this even and welcome our
eminent guest Dr. Anil Prasad Bhatt Sir.

2:30 PM: In today’s event our focus would be on raising
awareness about World Kidney Day, hence I am
requesting the organizing chairman Prof Dr. Bheem Raj
Gupta Sir to enlighten us with his words of wisdom and
motivation.

3:30 pm: So before we move onto the last talk for the
day, I am thankful to all our speakers for such an
interactive session and appreciate their time and efforts
to make our event a success and I am also grateful to the
audience for being such a good sport throughout the day.
