Health is the state of physical, mental, and social wellbeing. It goes
beyond just being free from disease.
Balanced Diet and Health
Read the following passage:
A balanced diet is key to maintaining both physical health and overall
wellbeing. It provides the body with important nutrients, such as
vitamins, minerals, and fiber, which help prevent diseases like diabetes
and heart disease. By eating a variety of healthy foods, including fruits,
vegetables, and whole grains, you can improve your energy levels,
support your immune system, and stay healthy.
