Statement of work template 1 Strongly recommended or use in collaborative activities (future subawards) or proposals without formal solicitations.

In the event the parties agree to pursue a sponsored research agreement, the statement of work and associated price or cost must be authorized by and an agreement executed by University officials. For subrecipients. OSP will confirm that the entity and any named individuals are eligible to receive federal funds and that the budget submitted is consistent with the sponsor s requirements. PIs are reminded of their own obligation to confirm eligibility of individuals (i.e. they are not debarred or suspended from receiving federal funds) prior to formally engaging them by checking the Excluded Parties List at www.epsl.gov.
