Purpose: Letter of Explanation for Consecutive Absences

Perfect Day!

I, Arrianne Mae C. Salvador, am writing this letter to explain my conseutive


absences from date’s October 21-23, 2024. Last October 21, 2024, we had
our blockings for the Intramurals 2024 Cheerdance Competition which was
scheduled by OSA. We were provided with excuse letters that day signed by
the event coordinators and by the college dean.

On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, I attended the 2nd Year Enrichment Seminar
held at the UM Gymnasium which was organized by the UM-GSTC. They
gave letters to all colleges in order to excuse all Second Year students for
that day.

For October 23, 2024, I have no justifications for my absentee as it was my


accountability to attend the class but wasn’t able to due to organizational
matters. Thus, I do hope that it will not in any reason involve the organization
for my actions and decisions.

I am really sorry for not being able to perform my duties as a student. Rest
assured that it will not happen again and that I will exert more effort into
managing my schedules. I am hoping for your consideration with this matter.
