development particularly in offering a software as a services (SaaS). Company is based in Mbeya
City Council – Uyole, Tanzania. We will lease a suitable office facility for running our business.
Netasata Technologies is a client focused and result oriented internet and technology company
which focused in software development business and provide Software-as-a-services especially
in Enterprises resource planning software (ERPs), Human Resource Management software
(HRM), Customer relationship software (CRM), Sales management software (SAMS),
Microfinance management software (MMS), Educational management software (EMS),
Marketing management software (MMS), Health information management software (HIMS),
APIs and system integration and custom software development. Additional services website
design and development, website hosting, Data management and training.
We will hire and retain good employees to serve the client, Netasata Technologies currently need
technical and managerial employee such as programmer, accountant, marketing and sales
representative, customer care, cleaners. We will develop culture, policies and ethics which will
help us serve our customer and grow our business. As a team we will work together to ensure
customer needs are met and precisely satisfied.

Product lifecycle.
Netasata offer a wide range of products for our software product (Software-as-a-services). Are
already made and will be available online for customer signup and use a for this option a client
may opt to use a service for 7 days trial and then upgrade to the package which is suitable to their
needs.
And for client who want a customized version of the software or website they have to wait for
development of the requested product we usually use 3 to 4 weeks delivering a first version of
the working product and then the incremental features for the product will be released week up to
when the product meets the customer needs and the current operation situation.
For APIs and system integration customer they have to wait for 2 weeks upon the request was
made to the company. We will use two weeks to develop, test and release the first version of the
requested API, also we will provide the customer with the support of the integration of the
intended services and product.
And for maintenance of software and website the will be done under a week since the request
made by a user.
For client who want to access the website hosting services, it is already up and running services
and they can get it from our online by them-selves and the customer help will be provided in
request all the time 24hours, 7days of a week and 365 days of a year.
Training all course are already arrange and a student may choose to register for one or a can
choose to study a specific topic depending with his or her needs.
Pricing structure.
Our pricing structure will be based on the services selected with a customer. For website design
and development, the price will depend with the largest and complexity of the website the same
thing applied for our software development services.
Price for website hosting will vary depending with the hosting plan.
Pricing structure for our software as a service will be charged monthly or annually based on the
subscription as preferred by a user.

partners that’s why I have decided to limit the fund raising and startup capital generation to the
only two sources.

cashflow without using any external source of income to finance the business once its officially

than what is currently available to the market and we are already prepared to survive in a lower
profit margin for a while when raising our business and gaining customer confidence.
