NETASATTA TECHNOLOGIES COMPANY LIMITED.

MANAGEMENT PLAN.
A. MANAGEMENT OF ACCOUNT AND FINANCES
In order to effectively manage our business and to ensure success, we have established proper
strategies for managing business accounts and finances detail. For the case of daily business
operations, the Cashier will be responsible for handling them. On a daily basis, the business
owner and the cashier will perform business calculations. All collected amounts will be
deposited into the business account that only can be accessed by the business owner.

Business information including employees, customers, sales records and budget will be stored in
our system that will also be reviewed by the owner daily to crosscheck on necessary errors and
omissions.

B. MANAGING HUMAN RESOURCES

1. Hiring Employees and Processing Payroll

a) Description of roles posed to each group of employees.

Carrier experiences that qualify an employee for underlined roles


To assist employees in their service provision, the workers will have to be equipped with the following
aspects:

i. Candidate must be a graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, computer


engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Multimedia Technology,
Telecommunication Engineering, Information system, Data science, or any relevant
course from Diploma level and above.
ii. Professional certification like CCNA, MCSD etc.
iii. Strong Skills in Software architecture & Development.
iv. Strong background in programming languages like PHP, Python, javascript, Java, JSON.
v. Website design HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
vi. Networking & Data management
vii. Project management.
viii. Advanced database’s knowledge at least in one of the following SQL Lite, MySQL, MS
SQL, Postgres.
ix. Graphics design.
x. Time management.
xi. Being able to work under no supervision as well as individual and as a team.
xii. A person with a certificate in secretarial training will also be given high consideration
due to amount of expertise she/he will bring into the business.

It means that workers must have required knowledge in all a niche we are concentrated on so as to
provide quality staff to customers. Due to lack of professionals in this area, the business will also require
a person with a certificate in this field. Also, the business will consider a person without the certificate in
this but such person must have knowledge and experience in doing such activities.

13. Keeping employees’ records

We have a proper system for managing our employee’s information, and keeping their records
which help us administer our payroll and plan training of our employee. Information we keep on
each employee should include the following:

 Education and personal data.  Benefits.


 Work history.  Job classifications.
 Salary.  Skills.

C. MANAGING MARKETS AND SALES

1. Market size
The number of potential customers that are likely to consume the products and services can be estimated
as follows:

We will serve or customer in different scope range from local customers to international customers

Firstly, customers will be categorized into the following groups:

 Individual business people.  Transport and logistics organization.


 Government and non-government  Individual professional.
organizations  Other ICT company.
 Financial organization.  Manufacturing company
 Healthcare organizations.

All groups will contain people utilizing full of our services. To capture different people, our technology
services will involve a wide range of services from provision of normal services such as program and
software installation to complicated services that may include Software architecture, Distributed database
system, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, Enterprises Resource Planning, CRM, Cloud Computing
etc.

D. MARKETING STRATEGIES
Marketing strategies are techniques that will be applied to capture customers. For example, for fruits, our
company will employ different strategies by using the 4Ps, namely, Product, Place, Price and Promotion.
Presented below is the manner one is going to apply the 4Ps:

2. PRICING

Pricing of our product will be based on cost of the services, in general. However, in order to curb the
existing competition, we shall also put into consideration other factors that may affect our pricing
Such factors can include the following:

1.1. Competitors’ selling price.


Since majority of customers are very sensitive to price, the price for our services will be based on
price set by our competitors. It means that price setting will involve setting a minimum price that does
not focus on achieving supernormal profit from a few customers, but our prices will focus on obtaining
profit from a large customer base.

1.2. Cost of production

Also, to avoid our business from failing, overhead and direct expenses shall affect our pricing. Thus,
profit must be able to cover up for production cost(s). This is due to simple calculations that if a
business cannot run itself then it is not a good business.

2. PLACE

In this, the company will be situated at Makambako. The main reason for this, as mentioned before, is due
to large size of the customer base. Since we are inside an area where large number of people and of
different specialties pass by, and thus, because of these factors, we shall be able to reach most of our
customers through our advertisements. The business is expected to have banners and fliers in the
following places to advertise the location and services that are provided by our company.

E. PROMOTION STRATEGY
In order for the customers to be aware of our product and services, various promotion strategies and
advertisements will be used. Below is the list of promotion strategies that will be used:

1. ADVERTISING STRATEGY
1.1. Displaying

We shall advertise our company and services by putting them on display. In due regard, we shall
display the product in fliers, banners and brochures. Also, we shall use the following strategies:

1.2. Radio;

In this, we shall advertise on different radio stations so as to make our product known.

1.3. Discount on sales

Here, the firm will provide discount for those who will purchase many services or number of items,
another discount will be granted for customers who use Internet based services for long. In this, a person
taking one year and more will be given free one month of his/her subscription with full features

F. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
1. Product design
The business will be engaging itself with the provision of technology services such as Software
development, networking, Data management and website hosting. Also, the business will be dealing with
the provision of computer training services.

so as to avoid losing our customers.

The business will apply latest, modern and cutting technology in operational activities and
providing and delivering solution to our customer. For example, use HRM to manage our valued
employee and CRM systems to manage our customer, use of modern system to collect our
customer feedback in every services that we offer. Since thebusiness will be operating in a
competitive industry, such application of modern technology will be advantageous to the firm’s
operations especially in handling competition from nearby businesses.
