Let’s talk about pollution (HO)


1. What are the different types of pollution (ô nhiễm)?
Well, the different types of pollution are air pollution, water pollution and
land pollution.
2. What are the causes of pollution?
Well, the causes of pollution are dust and smoke from factories, gas
emissions from means of transport, and so on (something like that)
3. What are the effects of pollution on human health?
To be honest, the effects of pollution on human health are some serious
diseases such as lung cancer, stroke, and heart disease.

Let’s talk about trees (HO)


1. Do you like trees?
Yes of course I like trees because they are good for the environment.
2. Have you ever planted a tree?
Yes of course I have planted a tree in the school because it can
release O2, and absorb CO2.
3. Do you think trees are important?
Yes I think trees are important/ vital because it can help people relax,
reduce stress, feel comfortable and happy in their life.

Part 2: You
3 choices: go shopping, go to traditional markets or shopping online.
For this situation, I think shopping online is the best choice for this situation
due to (because of) many reasons.
The first reason I would like to talk about is a good way. In fact, I think
going shopping online is convenient and comfortable for me to save a wide
range of time for me to choose/ collect/ buy goods (hàng hóa).
The second reason I want to mention is an effective way. This means that
going shopping online can help me save a lot of costs such as cost of
gasoline, cost of tickets for parking lot and so on.
However, I don’t choose go shopping because it is a waste of money and
time for me.
Besides, go to traditional markets is not suitable for this problem. Because
it can make me feel tired and tedious to go around.
In short, shopping online is the final decision.
People have to pay for a lot of different costs such as cost of electricity and
water, cost of food and drink, cost of rent, cost of gasoline and even cost of
medicine in case of sickness or accidents in the hustle and bustle of life.

Your family
Raise 3 pets: dogs, cats or fish
Choose raise dogs because of some reasons
First, dogs are intelligent animals, so they can them keep their house when
they go far from home. Thus, their house is safe and it can avoid robbers or
thieves if they want to break into their house.
Secondly, dogs can help the old when they want to go out. This means that
dogs can guide the old when they go on the street. So it is useful for my
family to raise in the house.

However, I don’t choose cats because it can cause some problems in my


house such as eating sneakily (ăn vụng), destroy toys and so on.
Besides, fish is not suitable for this problem because it is not helpful for my
family and we have to pay for high costs to raise it.
In short, raising dogs is the final decision.

Go to the market
3 choices: go to mini shops, go to outdoor markets or go to
supermarkets
Choose going to supermarkets
Firstly, going to supermarkets is a good choice. In fact, I have a lot of
choices to buy any products at the supermarket because there are many
mini shops there.

Secondly, going to supermarkets is a wonderful way. This means that it is


convenient and comfortable for me to buy goods and enjoy some delicious
food and drink after going shopping.

However, I don’t choose going to mini shops because I have no a wide


range of choices to buy good products.

Besides, go to outdoor markets is not suitable for this problem because


products are not good, so I can buy fake products.

Effects of environmental pollution

+It can trigger flood, drought, climate change, greenhouse effect,
global warming, storm, tsunamis, earthquake

can kill a wide range of species such as animals and plants in the
natural environment, so it can lead to loss of biodiversity (đa dạng
sinh học) and ecosystem (hệ sinh thái)
- diseases: bệnh tật
It can cause/ trigger a lot of serious/ dangerous diseases such as
lung cancer, stroke and heart disease, so people can feel tired and
stressed to focus on their study or work, so it can lead to poor study
and work results. Thus, they will give up their passion, dream, and
career path/ prospect in the future.
