The status of compliance of the observations made by GC to DMRC up to 31.10.2024 is

enclosed as Annexure-I. Compliance report for the pending observations shall be
submitted to Quality Cell, DMRC at the earliest.
Further, it is brought to your kind attention that 7 Nos. Quality Observations have been
pending closure for over 60 days.

Please look into this matter and instruct the contractor to expedite closure process of all
pending observation at the earliest
